With a 20-year career in Spain, she is considered a reference point for professional flamenco: the only Italian bailaora permanently active at the highest levels in Spain and in the Flamenco circuit around the world.

A laboratory that immerses you in the interaction between dance, singing and guitar.

La Sentío Flamenco LAB®' offers a unique and totally engaging experience with a 360-degree approach — in which you delve into every element of flamenco and the connection between them — to allow you to dance with knowledge, authenticity and freedom of expression.

In this practical and theoretical workshop you can:

• Discover the essential communication codes between singing, dancing and guitar.

• Explore improvisation and interpretation, pushing you beyond the choreography.

• Overcome the fear of dancing, thanks to active listening and mastery of the compás.

• Clarify fundamental concepts, structures and terminology of flamenco.

• Contextualize your dance within the rich tradition and Andalusian culture.

• Apply everything you have learned to dance with greater independence, expression and awareness.

'FLAMENCO LAB®'

Intermediate-advanced level

This Flamenco LAB® is designed for intermediate and advanced dancers who already have flamenco experience and want to move beyond fixed choreography.

Working with live singing, you’ll deepen your understanding of flamenco structures, letras, and authentic stage codes, while developing the skills needed to improvise with confidence.

Through guided practice and real performance scenarios, you’ll learn how to react, adapt, and stay grounded in unpredictable situations—always respecting the root of flamenco: 'el cante'.

A space to gain autonomy, freedom, and security on stage, turning improvisation into a conscious and expressive tool rather than a risk.

Our lessons:

TECHNIQUE AND CHOREOGRAPHY

In this lesson we will work on all the technical aspects necessary to dance with fluidity and body awareness. We will focus on the character of the flamenco pole chosen for each level, deepening the nuances of interpretation and personal expression.
A lesson to go beyond simple choreography and discover the true intention of the chosen 'palos'.

DANCE WITH "FALDA"

In this special and fun lesson we will focus on the use of the skirt as a key element of female baile and on the techniques that make its movement natural and fluid. Knowing how to use it in the various 'palos' is fundamental: the skirt becomes an extension of the body, a tool of expression that must be dominated with elegance, awareness and with Art... just like in the best tablaos of Seville!

MANTÓN

In this lesson we will work on the technique and coordination of one of the most iconic accessories of flamenco baile: the mantón. Through specific exercises, we will learn how to control it and move it with grace and flamencura, developing fluidity, strength, and expressiveness. All the material will then be applied to a short choreography. An intense and fascinating lesson designed to refine technique, musicality, and elegance in baile through the powerful language of the mantón.
